Raise Above offers colleagues the opportunity to explore the key principles of effective leadership. Participants will reflect on the next stage of their career and what they need to develop in order to achieve this goal through networking and one to one coaching with expert colleagues.
The programme is suitable for colleagues who are ready to participate in a process that will increase self-awareness, allow them to begin to understand how to influence improvement and change, develop their understanding of the difference between leadership and management, and explore how to develop relationships and communication within a team.
Included in the programme:
- 9 hours of CPD, analysing and applying the fundamentals of leadership
- a one-to-one coaching session with an experienced colleague
- opportunities for collaboration and networking
